In this program you will start learning the fundamentals of strongman with all of the standard events and a focus on increasing your strength, stamina and conditioning.
This is a 12-week program that will take you through what you need to know to be well on your way to becoming a strongman and maybe even join your first competition.
With a heavy emphasis on overhead pressing, deadlifts and strongman events you will be challenged each training session like you haven’t before.
