Kratos was known as the god of strength and power, and in order to complete this program you will need to evoke your inner Kratos.
Inspired by the latest research in hypertrophy through periodization, frequency, volume and intensity, Kratos will push your muscles to their limits and spark the most growth possible.
Structured as a twelve-week training block, Kratos will bring you to your breaking point before allowing for a deload to fully recover and then putting you right back into the thick of it.
