I have had a deep passion for the fitness industry for my entire adult life, and have been creating nutrition and fitness programs for people for over a decade now. To me this is more than simply dropping a few pounds for the summer or adding ten pounds to your max bench press, it’s about learning who you are and becoming the best version of you that you can be. Sure, you may start out wanting to shred up for the beach, but throughout my programs you will learn discipline, motivation, self confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
I noticed that there are a lot of people who truly want to make positive changes in their life through health and fitness, unfortunately, there are even more trainers out there who are all too willing to take your money and spew out the same old bro science. I incorporate the latest science into my programs as well as adjust for each individuals’ specific bodily needs and goals. There are also too many trainers out there who expect their clients to just follow them blindly, not me… I am a teacher at heart and want my clients to learn along the way so that eventually they won’t need a trainer at all.
